All transactions, requests and inquiries must be done during these hours
Check-in not before 2.00 pm
Check-out time NO LATER than 11.30am.
Charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out.  If checking out earlier than 9 am. Please check first with reception.


Security Deposit A refundable deposit required to cover any missing  inventory, damaged or stained items, amenities or linen. Please report any missing items or damages  to reception immediately. Special laundering fees may apply.


Safety deposit box  Bananaquit cannot be held liable for stolen or lost items from your room. We advise that valuable items be stored in a safe at reception. 


Housekeeping Regular service of rooms will be scheduled during your stay. Rooms are only cleaned at check in and check out unless requested. Complementary hotel soap and toilet paper provided at Check-in . Ironing Facilities made available upon request during Reception hours.
We Kindly remind you to:
SWITCH OFF  Air-Condition and all lights or going out for the day.
KEEP ALL windows and doors closed when the A/C is on, except  when cooking. 
WASH OFF ALL sand by outside shower & foot bath before entering rooms
WASH OFF ALL sunscreen before coming into contact with towels and linen
DO NOT REMOVE Bath towels provided from rooms.
Please adhere to following to help leave the room in same condition as you received:
NO smoking in the rooms                 
NO food or eating in beds. Damaged linens may incur replacement fee.
NO cooking room closed and Air-condition on. 

LINEN CHANGES  scheduled towel/ linen changes for stays longer than 4 nights [*Not applicable for long term guests at discounted rate]. Non-scheduled or additional linen/towel changes may incur additional charge.
Beach towels are available for rent at reception.
Request a mattress protector for your child if needed. 


Health, Safety and Well being  All for COVID19 restrictions must be followed. (See signage) 
Resident guests must register at reception. Fees may be applicable if any non registered guests stay overnight.
Non-resident visitors must leave the compound before 10 pm.
Resident guests and their visitors must be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please note Violations of the above rules or any acts ruled unsafe may result in the removal of the guest(s) from the hotel property without refund

We kindly ask you to place all glass bottles in crates provided. Plastics to be set aside or in receptacles provided for separate disposal.  We appreciate your help to facilitate recycling and the conservation of energy in an aim to follow Global Green Key Standards.
